Crabs and Other Seafood from The Northeast

Living in the Northeast, we love our seafood. We recently went to Maine – we’re from New York – and we had to get some crab cakes. So much tastier crab cakes you might not have enjoyed from any other source before, it is so wonderful. After our trip and we were home, we wanted more crab cakes, but we were not going to drive back to Maine just for the cakes.

So, we decided to look up a crab dish online. Now, that was hard. Most of the recipes were difficult and told us to buy a certain type of crab meat which was really expensive. I think we’ll have to go back to Maine soon. Whether you are looking to serve crab cakes at your next dinner party or informal get-together, you can find many different recipes for crab cake online. go to the search engine which you know and enter Crab Cake Recipe in the text field and you can choose the website from listing which you want to try.

Crab cakes do well as an informal entre, part of a larger dish or served as appetizers. When serving appetizers, you should always have some great tasting sauces and dips to accentuate the tasty cakes. If perhaps you want to try something a little spicy, try a red pepper sauce or search for an online recioe to suit.

Otherwise, just go with the tried and true red cocktail sauce and a good, hearty tartar sauce.
